Austin, Texas, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Campus Advantage®, an industry leader in student housing property management, consulting, and investment management, today announced it has assumed management of 700 SoHo, a Kalamazoo, Michigan student housing property located near Western Michigan University (WMU).
Built in 2001, 700 SoHo is a 122-unit, 484-bed garden-style community featuring large two-bedroom and four-bedroom units. On-site amenities include a social lounge, clubhouse, pool, hot tub, coffee and tea bar, and sundeck. Located only steps from WMU, the property benefits from a prime location in proximity to campus and the students’ preferred hangout spots. The property is currently undergoing substantial unit renovations which include new flooring and appliances, updated countertops, new cabinets, and updated finishes throughout each unit. Renovations are anticipated to be completed in Fall 2019.
